Earth-Based Medicine

If you are interested in working more closely with plants to help support your body and mind on a physical, mental or energetic level, we can find the right allies to support this journey. After filling out a simple intake form, we spend 1 hour together on a call/zoom. I then take a day or two to put together a plan to present to you.

Medicine can look like tincture, tea, energetic/ritual medicine, essences, simple self-care practices, and/or diet recommendations. We put together a plan that works best for you, meeting you where you are.

Consults are $20-40 sliding scale. Includes a two week follow-up. 

Medicine from my apothecary is sold separately or I recommend where to purchase medicine closest to you.

My apothecary is small and abundant with herbs I have found to be great allies for a lot of folks. Please reach out if you are interested in purchasing singles or blends.
